SHIPPING CHOICES: We have provided many shipping options in the drop down shipping menu. We calculate freight on a weight based shipping calculator. Sometimes this can be inaccurate. Always feel free to write 'please e-mail a shipping quote' in the comments box & we will e-mail you the best shipping price we can find.
UPS: Does not ship to PO Boxes. Also they do not deliver on Saturdays without an extra charge. If you want UPS Saturday delievery please specify in the comments section & we will contact you about what needs to be done to complete your order.
FOREIGN COUNTRIES: If we will be shipping to EUROPE, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA or NEW ZEALAND please select the INTERNATIONAL shipping options. For CANADA select the CANADIAN options. Otherwise please select INTERNATIONAL & and we will e-mail you the best rate we can. The Garment District cannot be responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be due upon receipt of imported goods in your country. If you have any questions regarding customs fees, you should inquire with your local post office.

RETURNS: Please note that our company has a NO RETURNS policy. If we make an error or you receive your package damaged we are happy to fix the problem. If for some reason you feel you need to return an item you MUST CONTACT US FIRST at service@garmentdistrict.com and explain your situation. We will take your issue up on a case by case basis & try to resolve your situation as best we can. We do not process returns without authorization.
