When am I going to get my stuff?

We make every attempt to ship your order within one to three working days of receipt. We process orders Monday through Friday. This means if you ordered Monday evening (Eastern Standard Time in the USA) we will usually process your order on Tuesday but if you ordered Friday evening we will usually process your order on Monday. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will notify you by e-mail.
Note: the shipping times below are in addition to the processing time noted above.
Standard Shipping:

If the products you ordered are in stock, we will ship your order within one to three days after receiving the order. We do not process orders on the weekend. Depending on the method of shipping chosen, the time will vary. US Priority Mail is 2-3 buisness days. US Airmail is 4-7 days. UPS is 2-7 days. International Mail can vary widely depending on the country. Please be patient as we have no control once the package has been shipped.

Note: Shipping times may vary seasonally. For us Halloween is our busiest time.
Rush options:

In the USA we can rush your shipment by either Next Day Air or two day delivery. If you have any delivery requests that are not available on the ordering page, just e-mail us at service@garmentdistrict.com and we'd be happy to help you out in any way we can. Please note that the processing time must be included when calculating shipping time. We are not able to process orders on the weekend & any order placed on Friday night, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next Monday.
If you are experiencing an extra-long waiting time for your order to arrive, please email us at service@garmentdistrict.com, and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. We are also generally available by phone Monday through Friday from approximately 11AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time in the USA at 617-876-5230 x 225.
