Selections- A Night of Curated Vintage

Vintage at The Garment DistrictSelections- A Night of Curated Vintage – only at The Garment District on Thursday, September 22nd from 6-9pm.

Last year we held our first ever special shopping event. It was a smashing success featuring hundreds of rare, collectible pieces of vintage clothing and accessories. This year we’ve collected more great vintage items and are very excited to repeat the event! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to shop designer labels from decades past.

On Thursday, September 22nd from 6-9pm we will offer unique and rare pieces that we don’t normally display in our store. Most of these items will only be available on the night of the sale. DJ extraordinaire JOHN FUNKE will be spinning vintage vinyl, and we’ll be serving Prosecco and soft drinks.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME OF THESE PIECES ARE RARE AND FRAGILE, AND CARRY A HIGHER PRICE TAG THAN OUR DAY-TO-DAY OFFERINGS. DEALERS WELCOME!!

Mark your calendars! This may be your last chance to see such an amazing collection of rare and valuable pieces.

Tons of vintage!

New-Vintage
We’ve recently picked up a very large lot of great vintage clothing. This lot could be considered a sequel to a large purchase we made a few years back. Those garments had been in a warehouse in Waltham, Ma since the 1990’s, as part of the collection of The Closet Upstairs. This most recent batch from the same collection is being shipped in from Canada on a regular basis, 2,600 pounds thus far! This is truly a massive amount of clothing, and it’s bound to be full of unique, and classic vintage pieces. So stay tuned in through our social media to see what’s new!
Some initial highlights are these vintage, 1960’s, and 70’s dresses that went down into the store this week!Dresses2smaller
