DIY Costumes at The Garment District – part 9!

Today brings us our final installment of 2013 DIY costumes.  We saved some of the best for last: Chas Tenenbaum from The Royal Tenenbaums, Wonder Woman, Cinderella, a Plague Doctor, a 1950’s poodle skirt girl, a cheerleader from Glee, and Little Orphan Annie!
