Return Policy

We are accepting returns within 7 days of purchase, according to the following guidelines:

Clothing and non-costume accessories:

• original price tag must be attached
• sale receipt must be provided
• refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment

Costumes, including new costumes on hangers (light purple tag) & new costume accessories:

• must be unworn and in original packaging
• original price tag must be attached
• sale receipt must be provided
• refund will be issued for STORE CREDIT ONLY

   

PLEASE NOTE: We are *NOT* accepting returns for the following items:

• By The Pound
• make-up
• tights
• wigs
• boas
• all masks
• facial hair
• costume shoes
• glasses
• any packaged costume
• accessories that have been opened or removed from their original packaging
